1. Return & Exchange Period
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date, only in cases of manufacturing defects or issues with the product.

2. Eligibility Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in full premium packaging.
  • Customers are kindly asked to provide a photo of the issue to assist with the review process.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-designed or engraved pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions are excluded from this policy.
