1. Orders and Payment

• All listed prices include applicable taxes (if any) and exclude shipping fees.
• Orders are confirmed after payment is received, and a confirmation will be sent via the customer's chosen communication method.
• We only accept authorized payment methods within Egypt.

2. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 10 business days from the date of confirmation.
• Please ensure that all address details are entered correctly to avoid delays or loss of shipment.
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions or shipping company issues.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

• Due to the nature of jewelry, returns or exchanges are only accepted within [14 days] from the date of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and has a defect or issue that qualifies it for return or exchange.
